And the winner is...

Congratulations to our partners at ASPECT Studios for their incredible and inspiring win. ASPECT have just won the 2019 AILA VIC Landscape Architecture Award in the Play Spaces category for the Bridge Road Regional Play Space in Melbourne’s north-west.

It was an honour for Fleetwood to work together with the ASPECT Studios team on this project. We are very proud to have played our part in delivering this project and in bringing the design vision to life.

“Working with ASPECT is always a best-in-class endeavour for all involved. With the unique creative vision, they brought to the Bridge Road play space, along with the many interactive play elements on offer for the local community there, it’s little wonder they were able to secure this prestigious award.”

Joel Watson, Design Lead

Fleetwood created the central play structure/bridge, the shelters, and the restroom, all in conjunction with ASPECT. We started early in the process and ensured the design vision and budget were achieved.

We look forward to many more wins with our design partners in the future!

The outdoors. It used to be the only place Aussie kids wanted to spend their time. But the digital age has surrounded us with technology at every turn. Screen time is up and green time is down – and the risks are very real.
