In the rare event there’s an issue with your Fleetwood Urban structure, for a small fee, you can be protected by our comprehensive structural warranties covering all materials and parts for the duration of its Design Life.


Unlike many suppliers who on-sell products that have been produced elsewhere, the majority of our parts are manufactured right here in Australia. We’ll own the problem and put things right.

Ongoing maintenance every six months for three years.*

Inhouse maintenance experts

Care Plus™ inspections are conducted by our own skilled maintenance crews – often the same experts who installed your structure.


Easy adjustments and repairs

In the event any minor adjustments or repairs are required, we’ll take care of everything on the spot – saving you time, money and hassle.


Replacements supplied and fit

Should any replacement parts be needed, we can identify the cause and provide a cost to supply and fit from our stock or repair them under warranty.
